The year has come to an end and this is the last newsletter for 2024.

Thank you for a great year! We have done a lot together during this year and look forward to continuing to develop CM1 so that we together can prevent money laundering and financial fraud.

CM1 is a strong and well-established brand within the AML area an important supplier to companies within the financial sector.

Softronic continues to strengthen CM1’s brand and position and build on increased requirements on the financial sector. In 2025, CM1’s service offering and brand is operating in a subsidiary named Softronic CM1 AB.

Softronic CM1 AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Softronic AB and is part of the Softronic Group.

The business transfer is proceeding well and we want to thank all of you for a smooth process.

Softronic CM1 AB assumes all rights and obligations from 1 January 2025.

CM1 support team

CM1 support is available at 8:00-5:00 pm and answers questions related to the service.

During the period December 23th to January 6th the support is staffed at 8-5 pm on weekdays.

However, we would like to inform you that during this time we only handle necessary and urgent support tasks.
