VINAVIL VILLADOSSOLA LABORATORY VISIT 

Vinavil had the pleasure of hosting the fourth-year chemistry class from Istituto Marconi Galletti in Domodossola as part of its Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives.

This program, launched last year, aims to strengthen collaboration between our company and local high schools.

The meeting, held on January 29, was designed to share our passion for chemistry and provide students with a closer look at the professional opportunities our region can offer to those preparing to enter the workforce.

The visit, attended by 16 students, began with a presentation about our company - who we are, what we do, and our areas of expertise - and continued in the R&D and TS&D laboratories, where students were able to observe firsthand the practical and application-driven value of chemistry.

This is only one of several initiatives planned with local schools. Our goal is to continue building strong synergies with students and support them in their growth toward a future that increasingly requires young talent.
