Meet your Student Success Advisor

You’ll soon be invited to meet your personal Student Success Advisor. They’ll be your primary contact throughout your course, providing advice and support from the moment you become a student, right through to your graduation.

Look out for an email from the Student Success team to find out more and to hear about opportunities to meet other online learners. You can also book your Welcome Call now to meet your Student Success Advisor and get set up ready for your studies.

Get the answers you need

Student Services Online (SSO) is the quickest and easiest way for you to find information about student life at King’s.

You can find answers to questions and support topics, as well as talk with a member of the team through our enquiry form or live chat function.

Check out Elevate Online

Elevate Online is home to the emerging community-building initiatives and opportunities uniquely available to online students at King’s.

You can explore a range of events, initiatives and community networks, designed to complement your academic development at King’s.  

Important to know: you’ll need to set up your King’s IT account to access this.

Remember to download the Welcome to King’s app and use the passphrase reggielion26 to find out more about your faculty, upcoming Welcome events and activities, and much more. If you don’t have a smartphone, you can also access the guide via your web browser.

You are receiving this email because you are either a current student or due to begin a programme of study at King’s College London from January or February 2026.

If these emails are being sent to your personal email address, we will use this address to send you information about joining King’s until 15 February 2026. After this date we will stop using your personal email address and contact you via your @kcl.ac.uk email address.

If you are a new student and required to undergo further eligibility checks for your programme, such as DBS and/or Occupational Health clearance, ATAS or obtaining a Student Visa, please ensure you complete these processes as soon as possible before the start date. If you have requested to change programme on King’s Apply, King’s Admissions will get back to you as soon as possible.
