Starting or returning to university is an exciting milestone in your academic journey. It can feel daunting, but don’t worry! King’s offers plenty of support to help you settle into student life.

Access your IT account to get set up ready to study and find out about the software and systems you’ll use in your studies on Student Services Online.

Once your IT account is set up, enrol in two key courses to help you prepare for university: the Essential Digital Skills Programme introduces key learning platforms like KEATS and Microsoft 365, while Academic Skills for Learning helps you to build the study skills you’ll need to succeed at King’s.

Discover more about how Libraries & Collections can support you throughout your student journey. You can also learn how to access library resources for your subject, including using library search and reading lists, with Library Guides.
