Access your timetable

You must complete Stage 1 of your enrolment to receive your timetable. You’ll be able to see your personal timetable the week before teaching starts by logging into KCL Timetables using your K number and email password.

Attend your orientation

Celebrate the start of your journey with Welcome sessions from the Global Mobility team, who will be in touch with you about your orientation and schedule of events. Be sure to keep checking your inbox, as these sessions are essential to attend.

In addition to these sessions, you can expect to receive an email soon with information on International Student Welcome events — including an online event on Wednesday 10 September and in-person events between Thursday 18 and Friday 19 September — along with information on how to book. Be sure to check it out!

Look after your health and wellbeing

If you haven’t done so already, we strongly encourage you to register with an NHS GP (General Practitioner) when you arrive on campus to access health services.

At King’s, we have our own NHS Health Centre that students can join for free. Our article How can I register with a doctor and/or dentist? provides guidance on how to register with a GP for the first time.

Look out for your first edition of Live Well, Feel Great in your inbox soon. It’s our seasonal health and wellbeing magazine, packed with tips to help you enjoy a healthy, balanced and fulfilling university experience.
