In today’s meeting with Africa CDC, WHS President Axel Radlach Pries and CEO Carsten Schicker, and WHS Council Co-Chair Ilona Kickbusch discussed with Director General of Africa CDC Jean Kaseya the importance of #respect and #listening as key factors for building #trust, the theme for #WHS2024, as well as for success in improving #globalhealth overall.

Today World Health Summit President Axel Radlach Pries, CEO Carsten Schicker, and WHS Council Co-Chair Ilona Kickbusch met with Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance CEO Sania Nishtar on the sidelines of #GSS2024. They discussed the upcoming #WHS2024 in October, Gavi's replenishment launch in 2024, as well as further potential for collaboration.
